A parking management and guidance system keeps track of large parking spaces that cannot be monitored by without employing large number of monitoring staff. Places like airports, shopping malls, and dedicated parking lots require efficient monitoring of occupied and vacant parking spaces. Parking guidance system helps the on-site management staff to effectively guide the incoming vehicles towards vacant spaces which avoids unwanted congestion in various sections of the parking lot as visitors tend to follow a similar route while searching for parking spaces.
A "parking management and guidance" or automatic parking system helps mall authorities to cut down on physical presence of volunteers and extensive inter-communication with supervisors over the status of a particular section of the parking lot. Our car parking sensor system transmits real-time signals to various signage platforms and also to the central monitoring office. This data not only helps incoming vehicles to decide their course of movement in the parking lot, but also informs monitoring authorities of the overall situation of the parking lot. An hourly, daily, weekly and monthly report of the parking lot and its usage can be generated and used for future decision making with regards to expansion or modification of parking facilities.
Each parking space is equipped with an infrared ceiling sensor and a display for the guidance system comprised of six diodes: A green light indicates a free place A red light indicates an occupied place. A blue light indicates parking space for disable person.
An electronic display board at the entrance indicates free spaces. All data are transmitted to the main office where our supervising and statistical software Frequence oversees in real time the functioning of the parking.
One-Way System :One way systems count the number of passages in front of (for lateral detection) or underneath (for ceiling detection) the detector, regardless of whether the passage is an entrance or an exit. The total number of visitors is obtained thanks to the division by 2 performed by our system.
Two-Way System :Two way systems count the number of passages in front of (for lateral detection) or underneath (for ceiling detection) the detector, taking into account the direction of the movement. The distinction is thus made between entrances and exits. The exact number of people present within the premises is available at all times.
The choice of detector is influenced by the configuration of the entrance and your needs
Lateral detection : Lateral systems provide you with the liberty of choosing whether to include only adults – the real potential buyers – in your counting data or to count all your visitors, including children.
Ceiling detection : Ceiling detectors are usually fixed above antitheft antennas. They are very convenient for shops both in city centres and shopping malls. Their advantages are numerous: they are discreet since they are fixed to the ceiling and can be painted any colour to merge easily with their surroundings, they are reliable as they are not subjected to shocks and they are accurate since they perform equally well at peak times and there is no risk of doors being counted.

The irisys thermal sensor provides accurately the number of people in shops, shopping malls and public places as it detects the heat emitted by the human body. Our 3D Camera counter represents our latest two-way overhead counting device. Thanks to the three dimensional images, the sensor provides accurate counting and distinguishes entrances from exists, adults, children, and other objects such as prams and trolleys. Counting data are available in real-time in the store and / or at the head quarter. Another advantage of the 3D Camera counter is that it enables maintenance and remote management. As such, maintenance is very easy and there no waste of time on site.
The counting system for vehicles is made up of magnetic loops sunk into the asphalt. The loops are powered by facility fed AC or solar panels. The system is fully autonomous.
Transmission to the counter: wireless module or Cat 4 cable is used. The cable equipped with an RJ45 male connector is plugged in an adaptor in the control box. The RJ45 female cables are connected to a data centraliser with labeled outlets. The cables are plugged in the counting concentrator scb with a 19-inch rack.
Associated counter: Data are read by our counting concentrator scb and are transferred to the computer by a RS232 cable. Associated software: Frequence. The software oversees the functioning of the parking in real-time.
